Every child grows up with the Tooth Fairy, but unlike Santa, she’s never been given a world of her own. No voice, no personality, no way for kids to feel the magic.

I wanted to change that.

So I created my own Tooth Fairy and built a custom video pipeline that makes her real. Kids receive Pixar-quality videos where the Fairy speaks directly to them, says their name, shows their photo, and celebrates their milestones—whether it’s a first tooth, a dentist visit, or another special moment. The goal is to make the magic feel personal and unforgettable.

Behind the scenes, I built an automated system using Unreal Engine, a bit of AI, and custom animation that lets parents receive these personalized videos in under an hour.
